A modern luxury village called Palm City has set the benchmark in the Tripoli Real Estate scene. Complete with restaurants, a number of retail outlets with supermarket, pharmacy, and beauty salon and a state-of-the-art clubhouse, it is easy to see why over 90 multi-national companies from around the world have chosen this haven as their permanent residence in Libya.
Among the latest from a number of facilities launched at this Libya Accommodation area are the clubhouse restaurants as residents are now enjoying the fruits of almost four years of works which have brought the project to completion stage.
Having also a heated indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a squash court, a gym, aerobics rooms, fully equipped changing areas, a health bar, spacious garden and relaxation areas, four tennis courts, football pitch, the village will host over 1000 residents.
The gym, saunas and indoor pool areas will be reserved for village residents at all times, however guests of residents will also be able to enjoy the surroundings, tennis and football facilities, squash court and bar areas upon invitation by a village tenant.
Residents can be seen enjoying the facilities on a daily basis and companies already residing inside Palm City also have the facility of organising company events there.
With a distinct buffet and full menu available, residents and their guests were able to sample some of the dishes which were subsequently available at Palm City's two new beverage outlets. A distinct Maltese flavour was added during the first month of operation as Maltese band Pete and Papps were brought over to perform at the opening of one of the restaurants, entertaining over 300 residents and their guests to tunes usually performed in various cafes around the Maltese Islands. Some weeks later the village residents and their guests were treated to a two and a half hours bonanza by Maltese Artists Tribali.
